I am so eternally grateful to Extra Space Storage and their amazing staff. I had a last minute situation that required me to put a lot of my families belongings into storage. I was extremely nervous about doing so due to issues ive had with other storage facilities. But Ms Monae Johnson not only put our minds at ease. She was extremely helpful and informative. Her kindness and patience helped my solidify my decision with choosing ESS. I will definitely recommend the Manchester location to anyone looking for great service , professionalism, and care.
