  I would give zero stars if this review page would let me. We bought $1000.00 worth of trees on 2-13 from the KC MO site.....NOT ONE tree survived and SiteOne will not warranty them or give a discount for replaciong them!! Disclaimer was in the fine print on the receipt...yes we should have asked before hand. We are a professional lawn service company and have planted hundreds of trees over the years. Every supplier has backed their products unconditionally for the first year. This is the first time we have had an issue getting resources refunded. Site #368 employees are rude and completely dismissive of our concerns. DO NOT PURCHASE from them.

  I had a delivery here, but it took so long that I missed my next load. If their regular customers show up, they’ll leave you waiting and take care of them first. you just have to sit and wait until they decide to come back. I had 5 damn trees left on trailer, and they left me for 40 minutes just to load few trees onto a pickup for their client. That’s ridiculous.

  I had a personal project that I was working on (living memorial) and I had been looking all over KC for a particular type of tree; I was having no luck this late in the year. I ended up reaching out to this site and the manager (Brandon) helped me personally to find what I needed. Excellent selection (even in December) and great staff. Overall outstanding experience - I will return.

  Paid for delivery and it says I need to pick up the order….., been a week past delivery date scheduled. Edit: I was not aware of approval process since it was my first time purchasing which is my fault... but for the sales person to raise his voice and be-little me for 20 minutes for not being aware of their process is absurd. Their online system said Monday delivery I called and spoke regarding when it would be delivered and they let me know it was for Friday and I stated that lets plan on Friday delivery unless I call confirming that I will be picking up. It's hard finding a way to pick up over 5 tons of rocks that is why I stated that I will be confirming if I could pick up. sadly I was not able to find a cost effective method. They have now cancelled my order due to me writing a review. Instead of explaining the process they called me angrily. Sorry it didn't work out and happy easter.
