- WWWillApr 16, 20261.0I originally called to get a quote to reprogram my key fob. Came in, they honored what was quoted, completed the job with no issues. Works great and I have no complaints so far. But, while I was there I was told I should get my driver side lock changed, quoted $120. This made sense to me so I brought the vehicle in to have it done the next day. Then when it came time to pay the bill I was told it would be around $180! Guys that’s a 50% increase. It’s not about how much it costs. It’s about integrity. I said this wasn’t what was quoted yesterday and the guy that gave me the quote was right there but didn’t have the balls to speak up and do the right thing by honoring his original quote. This was my first time coming here and I’m surprised this is how they do business. Not going back. Edit: Thanks for the reply, Justin. I gave the correct Grand Cherokee model from the start (check your recording). Quoted $120 for the door lock, not $180. Call it itemized all you want but that’s a 50% bait-and-switch. Nepo babies running grandpa’s shop should honor grandpa’s integrity, not dodge it. Shop elsewhere, folks.
