We re-configure your existing locks so the current keys will no longer work and new ones will. This service also covers de-programming any remotes or transponder chip keys that are currently enrolled.

When you acquire a new property or fire an employee it is standard practice to re-key the locks. Lock re-keying involves one of our techs re-configuring each lock so that current keys no longer work and new ones will.

If you run a large complex or rental properties you will want a Master Key system. Why make high level employees carry 30 different keys to your facility? You can set up your system where High level staff can open all locks, moderate level staff can open certain certain sections (example: 1st Floor, or Service Department, or Warehouse 2), and low level staff only have access to their office alone. It should be stressed that a master key system is NOT a security system, it is simply a convenience.

Businesses and Government complexes require a higher grade of lock than your house will. Grade 2 and Grade 1 locks will handle a much higher level of use and abuse before failure. Higher grade locks are made from better materials, they have a better warranty, and are designed to fit on a commercial door right out of the box.

High security Key control systems are designed with one thing in mind, stopping unwanted key duplication. Only predetermined people will have the ability to make key duplicates. They will have to do this in person at our store and they must provide us with the property name, be on the list, provide a state ID, and have a matching signature before any keys will be copied or released. When you purchase our flagship key control system Schlage Primus you can rest assured that no key copies will be made without your consent. We keep track of how many keys you have made as well. If we have cut you 20 keys and you fire an employee and can account for all 20 keys, you don't have to re-key your entire facility!
