This pace is an absolute scam. I’ve bhad 2 units with them for less than a year. My rates on both units started at $116 just a few months later they increased the rate on both units to $197. I called and spoke to Ash the local GM at the location. He informed me that a slightly cheaper rate of $156 could work for them instead of $197.
Here I am 5 month later and it turns out they went ahead and increased one of my units to $197 and the other one to the agreed upon $156. When I called to inform Ash of this mistake he claimed that he was under the impression I was only calling in on my business unit not my personal unit so that’s why the price to only one unit was changed and now they are claiming they can do nothing about this mistake.
DO NOT USE THESE STORAGE UNIT UNLESS YOU WANT MULTIPLE PRICE INCREASES YEARLY COMBINED WITH MINIMAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT FROM MANAGEMENT.

Because of Ash, our experience (one of my son's, Noah, was with me) was outstanding.
Furthermore, Ash did a top-notch, professional job from start to finish; he was easy to work with and clearly answered any questions we had.
Moreover, the storage building and unit, which is close to where we live, is the best in this area that I have ever checked out to use. At the same time, because it's clean, safe, easy to access, climate control building, and well priced, it's exactly what we needed.
I'm looking forward to using my new storage unit today and into the near future; and, I'll spread the word to anyone, who I know that is looking for extra storage space, to definitely use Extra Space Storage.

Ash is a phenomenal property manager, and huge help to anyone who needs help with their storage needs. They’re very informative, and provided answers to all questions very politely, and actually seemed like they care. Very clean facilities, and nice helpful staff with quality rates for storage!
