Janessa was my rep. She was extremely helpful. I came to purchase a storage unit and she gave me a tour. They didn’t have a storage unit available but she was extremely helpful! She helped me search for units at different locations, she told me what to look for when purchasing a storage unit, what questions to ask and what things to look out for in terms of price. Although I was not able to find a storage unit at that facility I now know what to look for all thanks to Janessa. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking to purchase a storage unit to visit this location if you are looking for not only a great place to store your items but also want to speak with someone who’s very knowledgeable of the industry

J’Nessa provided one of the most professional customer service experiences I’ve had. From the moment I came in to look at a storage unit, she was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Unlike some of the other storage facilities I visited, she answered every question with patience and a positive attitude, never making me feel rushed or like I was asking too much.
What really stood out was her knowledge. She was able to answer questions that most people don’t even think to ask, which gave me a lot of confidence in my decision. She also took the time to explain the current move-in special and helped me get the best value possible.
Even after I selected my unit, she made it clear that she was available if I had any additional questions, and she followed through. She made what is usually a stressful moving and storage process feel organized, straightforward, and surprisingly easy. I almost forgot I was moving…almost!
I visited at least five different storage facilities before making my decision, so this wasn’t an impulse choice. After comparing everything, this facility, and especially the level of customer service J’Nessa provided, stood out above the rest. Sometimes the storage unit gets your attention, but the person helping you is what seals the deal. That was definitely the case here.
If you’re considering this storage facility, I highly recommend asking for J’Nessa. Outstanding customer service is hard to find these days, and she absolutely delivered. Thank you again for making the entire experience smooth, professional, and enjoyable.
