- SCSunny CleetonMay 8, 20265.0Easy to find. Parking seems weird but it's literally a loading zone. They have carts available. Finding your unit was a little complicated because there's no rhyme or reason to the numbering but once found it was easy to find again.

When I initially rented my unit (10x15), the price was advertised at $64/month. Within a very short period of time, that rate increased multiple times: - $64 → $75 (within ~1 month) - $75 → $138 (within ~3 months) - $138 → $226 (within ~6 months) - $226 → $249 (current rate) In less than two years, my monthly rent increased nearly 300%. While I understand that promotional rates exist, the frequency and magnitude of these increases felt excessive and not clearly communicated upfront. What starts as an affordable option quickly becomes significantly more expensive once you’re moved in and settled, or need to keep your unit for a longer period. At that point, moving out becomes inconvenient and costly—so customers are effectively locked into higher rates. The facility itself is new & fine, (there has been mention of break-ins from others) but frankly — pricing transparency is a real concern. I would strongly encourage anyone considering renting here to: - Ask how often rates increase - Ask for historical pricing trends - Budget for substantial increases after move-in This isn’t about one small adjustment—this is a pattern of repeated and significant price hikes. Just something to be aware of before committing.
