  The whole team from Susan in sales to Ashton and Jeremiah the installation team made this process so easy. They are very friendly and professional. I will refer budget blinds to any and everyone. They are amazing! The blinds look absolutely amazing and I’m so happy we chose Budget Blinds.

  Susan was the point on this sale and was extremely helpful discussing my design options, product possibilities and price points. She kept me on my budget and the in-home appointment was smooth and friendly, and answered all my questions. The installation went smoothly and thanks to the installers, Ashton and Jeremiah for that. They were respectful, on time, worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend Budget Blinds to anyone!

  A very fine retailer. We purchased blinds for all the windows in our home when we moved in 6 years ago. They arranged installation which was done promptly and professionally. A year later we purchased a sun screen for our porch which I installed myself. The clutch on the roller recently stopped working — it would go down, but not up. I contacted Budget Blinds who had records of our purchases. They promptly contacted the screen’s manufacturer and got a replacement clutch at no cost to me. I installed the new part and everything is working fine once again. Great customer service! I highly recommend.

  Joey was our consultant and she was great to work with! She double teamed our appointment in one day with me and my parents at our respective homes. I had natural reed blinds installed in two bathrooms and a guest room that matched previously installed blinds in the main bedroom. They look great! My parents had top down, bottom up natural reed blinds installed in the dining area and main bedroom, as well as wood slat blinds in a sitting room that matched a previous set in the office. They love their new blinds and are very happy! Our installers were on time, prompt and very respectful. Thanks again Joey and Budget Blinds! Stacy D
