  I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Between Rad helping guide me on the best blinds for my budget and the guys were efficient and effective putting up the new blinds. They were in and out in nearly an hour. The installers were right on time. The communication was consistent. I was always kept in the loop. Top notch professionalism all around.

  I love our new Norman faux wood blinds! Budget Blinds of the Northland, Kansas City, Mo were very helpful and the installers were awesome, very professional & informative. Was surprised at how quite our house is now after adding these and replacing our interior doors. Although they aren’t room darkening the 2 1/2 inch blinds let in very little light. Only took a couple of weeks for delivery and just a few hours to install 20 blinds

  This is a company that really stands behind their products! We bought some shades from them several years ago. The shades have held up well, but recently a little plastic handle at the bottom snapped. I called them, and they sent me a replacement handle right away. Even offered to have someone come help install it if I needed help (I didn't need help, but the offer was nice). I am impressed!

  Our new blinds were installed yesterday. I am very happy and satisfied with the results. The installation team was very professional and courteous. Thanks to our window treatment expert that helped us pick out the fabric and type of blinds based on our needs and style, the blinds really changed the look of the living room and blends so well with the whole surroundings. I highly recommend Budget Blinds of the Northland.

  We lost a piece to the blinds on one of our doors we purchased from Budget Blinds in 2020. We were not able to find the piece online so we reached out to Budget Blinds to learn if they could help. Jennifer had me provide some information and pictures. She researched and reached out to the manufacturer. She communicated very regularly with status updates. I recently picked up the part and saw it came from overseas. When I asked what I owed for it, I was told there was no charge. I was pleasantly surprised. The part fit perfectly and I completed the repair minutes. Jennifer was an absolute joy to work with. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent. Because of their outstanding customer service I very highly recommend using Budget Blinds.
