    I visited the location on Barry Road today and was blown away by the customer service at Charlotte and Isaiah. My item was not easy to find and the store had just moved a few things around but that didn't slow them down a bit . We walked the store as they answered questions and made the whole thing feel like it was no ones! e at all. Thank you very much to the hiring team here. You've got some good ones that's for sure !

    After a bad experience at a competitor down the street, we stopped at this store to check out their patio furniture. The staff greeted us as soon as we walked in, and offered help finding what we needed. They even grabbed the patio table we wanted, put in on a cart, and wheeled it out to the car for us. This employee (I wish I remembered her name!) also helped load it into the car. THIS is customer service! I’m sure we would have received great service on a regular day, but after just leaving an establishment irritated from bad customer service, we were blown away by the staff here. We got the exact same (maybe not EXACTLY the same, but comparable) patio set for the same price here as the “discount store” down the road we had issues with.

    Cassie was so helpful to me! She assisted me with finding the rug I wanted and gave me a discount because of a small flaw. I will definitely go back to that store. The cashier 793539 was gracious and efficient and also praised Cassie. Good job all around!

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags.
