  We did not have a good experience with their scissor sharpening. I dropped off 10 professional fabric shears. Only 2 came back feeling sharper. The other 8 were no better than when we dropped them off, and several had burrs on the tips that catch on thin fabrics. We've had scissor sharpening done many times before by other companies and never had a bad experience like this until Ambrosi. Based on the reviews I expected better. Maybe they're good with knives, but I can't recommend them for scissors.

  Fast and friendly service. We dropped the knives off, went out for lunch, and picked up my newly sharpened knives afterwards.

  Every time I leave Ambrosi, I am always glad that I went. They’re always very friendly, have super quick turnaround time and I’ve never found anywhere that gets my knives as sharp as they do. Please go support them!

  Why be frustrated with a dull knife - and risk injury? AMBROSI will sharpen it for only $8 and have it ready for pickup in 24 hours. I just had them sharpen 7 high-end kitchen knives and, again, am very pleased with the results.
