    I own a hair salon, and I hair and lint trapped back by the motor of my dryer that made it smell like burning hair. I had a client recommend Able, and I’m glad she did! Marcus came out, took the dryer apart and thoroughly cleaned it out and the smell is completely gone! I would highly recommend Able Appliance Repair! I will definitely use them again!

    Our water dispenser stopped working so we called. Repair man showed up and had one solve. It was to replace the filter housing assembly. That set us back $500+ and did not solve the problem. He came back and told us the line was frozen (again) and forgot he told us to empty fridge and leave it unplugged for 24 hours which we already did. In the end they got our money and nothing is fixed. On to another company.

    Daniel came as scheduled the day after I called. He evaluated the issue with our LG washing machine, told us the cost (as it was a major repair), and made suggestions. It seemed clear to me that as we had used this machine for over 13 years, that the repair would likely give us quite a few years of good service. He was able to get the parts and return the next day. It was clear that he knew what he was doing, and did it efficiently and in a reasonable time. After a couple of loads it seems clear that our washing machine is working well and at full capacity. Daniel's politeness, clarity of explanation, and expertise mean that we will likely return for similar issues.

    I just want to say what a GREAT experience we had with Able Appliance Repair yesterday! Our refrigerator had a strange smell and we were concerned about a possible freon leak. I called early Monday morning and Vickie answered immediately. She was SO pleasant and was able to schedule an appointment that afternoon! Robert, our service technician, called about 30 minutes ahead of time, as promised, to let us know he was on his way. He arrived promptly and conducted a thorough inspection of our fridge. He discovered it was cooling properly, the coils were in good shape, and---the strange smell was due to a small orange that had rolled under the crisper drawer and molded! Robert was very kind and understanding and, in addition to the thorough inspection (which was great to have accomplished on a 20-year-old fridge!), gave us lots of tips for caring for the appliance (e.g., getting rid of the remaining dust on the coils, and the best deodorizer--activated charcoal--for inside the fridge). We really appreciate his time and expertise and answering all our questions and concerns. It is such a relief to have a great company that we can trust for our appliance repair! We'll continue to call on Able for our major appliance needs in the future. Thank you!

    After being ghosted by the last repair company I had come out, "waiting on a part to come in", I came across a social media post about Able Appliance. I was able to schedule an appointment right away- the technician, Alex, arrived and discovered that I had one of 2 issues with my ice maker. First option didn't work, he proceeded to option 2 and within a couple of days, our ice maker was dispensing again. He didn't charge me for the repeated trip. He didn't charge me for the unnecessary repair. He just fixed the issue and on his way. I would highly recommend Able Appliance over and over just for the experience we finally received.
