- KFKnox FamilyJun 19, 20181.0Have done a lot of business with Aarons. I was going to buy the whirlpool washer and dryer from costco. It was cheaper if I used the 90 days same as cash at Aarons. First the washer came damaged. I wrote it on the receipt and no word. Finally I called the manager and she was unaware and told me she would take care of it. I was thinking about getting a new refrigerator and she convinced me to buy it so I did. Well The frig is delivered but no replacement to my washer that was damaged and they expect me to pay full price. The delivery driver was nice and told me he would fix the dent. The problem is its is 2 impressions and scratches that can’t be fixed. I finally decided to just let it go and told him not to worry about it. But this will be the last time I ever do business with Aarons. The service is lousy. Delivery drivers are very nice but the overall response is terrible. I have purchased before and my tv and old washer and dryer broke within a few years. Merchandise not good. Also the washer and dryer were advertised with the pedestal drawers and that is not what I got. False advertisement. I will pay both of these items of and never go there again. Really disappointed.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
