  Came in to check out some purple mattresses with the Memorial Day sale going on. Sabrina not only showed me their selection but told me everything I needed to know and the difference between each model, went as far to grab different pillows to try with each bed and more promotion that was also being made with the original I came in for. Sabrina really made the mattress buying process easy and simple in my busy life working 70 hour weeks. It really gave me the feeling I got exactly what I was searching for with no trial and error 😁👍

  Shiloh was awesome to work with. We went in for a new mattress for our toddler (her first big girl bed) and ended up with a new one for us as well! Ask her about their Cariloha sheets too, they feel like heaven!

  Wasn’t impressed with delivery experience. Salesman forgot to ask a question on how we wanted the bed adjusted. I called to see if they could come back out to fix and was told it would cost me and that the salesman forgot to ask what we wanted. They couldn’t make their mistake right. Very disappointing after dropping $$. If you are elderly or don’t have help moving heavy furniture this isn’t the place to buy from. I will not be coming back to purchase from this company again.

  Dave was fantastic. Extremely personable and the most knowledgeable man regarding mattresses on either side of the Mississippi. Walked me through the showroom and had me try out several mattress and guided me to choosing the perfect one. He also completed the set by helping me add sheets and pillows. Very pleased with the price and financing options, as well as the current Memorial Day sale. Dave was able to sell me a mattress and have it delivered out in Colorado for when I move into my new apartment there. The boys on the furniture side of the store were a riot too. Mike was one of the guys working in there and he is so funny and easy to get along with. Can’t remember the assistant manager’s name but he was a young guy. Very cool. No matter where you are in the country, buy a mattress from Dave or furniture from Mike at the Joplin store and have it delivered out of your local store.

  Our experience with Sean Heims was fantastic, he made the buying process so simple and straightforward. We walked in not knowing anything about what we actually needed and only knew somewhat of what we wanted. Sean took time to walk us around the floor , explaining models and brands and we expressed our thoughts and told him we were buying due to my declining health and he was SO patient and left us to try out almost every mattress they had and use the different adjustable bases . We took time , we didn’t feel rushed or uncomfortable, he offered to even just give us the quote and let us sleep on it . We knew we weren’t leaving without purchasing, we are so thankful to have worked with Sean and again he was so informed, so knowledgeable, the store was bright , clean, smelled good. We will be repeat customers when the time comes to purchase items for the rest of our home. We will highly recommend them to all of our family and friends. Thank you Sean for a wonderful mattress buying experience.
