Their customer service is poor they raise their rates with out letting anyone know and expect the customer to pay their high rates when u call the store and talk to Meghan she rudely interrupts you and then laughs at any concerns that you have …. I have had their service for over 14 years and obviously that was a waste…. I’ll gladly take my business else where

Super easy to call and schedule an appointment! We had Alex come out to our house and take care of everything. He was right on time, super friendly and helpful, he explained everything and made sure that I knew what was going on.

Eric is always courteous & respectful. He does a thorough job in short order. He's extremely pleasant to our little dog. It's nice to see a recurring technician that we are familiar with.
