They will come take the item and bring it back to their store, temporarily replacing it with another. This is a huge inconvenience if you bought a refrigerator like I did. The fridge I bought had issues, so I went through this process twice. I have never had to have an appliance serviced where it was removed from the home. I am used to repair persons coming into my home who drive a van that have all the supplies they need. It's a pretty simple concept. After installing another item I purchased at the same time as the fridge, the delivery guy kept insisting that I give them a Google review immediately and that it be a five-star review. He was pushy and weird about it. Now I guess we see how that turned out.
