Buyer beware! Had new windows put in and the installation was horrible. Have used Lowes in the past and had no problem. The product and installation this time were a complete failure. It was a three month process to get three windows corrected. It took a representative from the manufacturer to come out and identify other problems.

Tell you what it's the second Lowe's in the last week to 2 weeks that I've had shitty service. I went order decorators porch post and railings. So I go to the pro desk and actually ask about the post I need and the gentleman said let me deal with this customer and turned around and dealt with four customers and still didn't come over and help me. I spend a lot of money there and it seems like it's going downhill at all of them it seems like. I guess they want to go under or something maybe they're looking for bankruptcy who knows

Terrible experience with a piece missing from a delivery. The missing piece was promised for delivery the next morning. It never showed and I was not called. There is no direct number on deliveries to talk to a human regarding an issue. Instead, I was forced (twice) to call their central number and spend 20 minutes with a stupid AI assistant before getting transferred to a person who could actually resolve my issue. In my case, that didn’t even help. I finally gave up and asked for a refund on the item. Ultimately, I spent $80 on a delivery for nothing. My project was stalled for two days. I ultimately to go get materials.
