Bought a Samsung microwave that stopped working after 60 days. Called and talked to the store and they stated that the return policy is 48 hours. Out $300 on a brand new microwave. Would not recommend purchasing appliances from them. Spoke to others and this happens more often than people know with Lowe’s. Manufacturer is just as useless.

There was this older lady, with short hair, male-like, that was at self checkout, she was extremely rude. As soon as I pulled my cart up, she snatched my cart to a register and started to scanning my stuff aggressively and didn’t even say hi or anything. Then she stepped aside and hovered over me and my 3 year old daughter while I was paying, this whole situation obviously made me really uncomfortable and scared, so I accidentally pushed in my pin wrong so it declined at first and she says “I knew it” with an attitude. So I just re-did it and pushed the right pin in and it went through. Then she walked away and I got out immediately. Should never treat a costumer like this especially with there child there.

Won't use Lowe's ever again. My delivery was supposed to be here today between 8am and 8pm and now they rescheduled it our hot water heater for the next day between 8am and 8pm when the install that I used them to setup is between 8am and 12pm. So tell me how it s that going to work?

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
