    I went in to Leslie’s to inquire about a heater for my pool that I had found online. Nate helped me navigate the website and order the heater. He also printed out the owner’s manual and highlighted specific page numbers to answer questions I had. Nate provided excellent customer service and really went the extra mile!

    Was rude on phone, didn't want to look up cost at 10:17am on a Sunday, said I'd have to hold for 5 minutes or so while he waited on customers in store. If price had been reasonable I would of placed the order right then, as part had to be ordered, he wanted me to come to the store on person.
