They keep calling my phone for payment on something I returned !!! Updated July 7th 2026 I had a employee show up and tried to open my door like he was just going to walk into my home… then he would of sued me sense he would of illegally entered my home and my Rottweiler Would of bit him as he entered my home illegally my Dog is highly trained to protect his home and family

Randomly! The manager is horrible she talks to you like you're a child and I think that's very un professional. Mary called after the tv was returned and when I tried to tell her what was wrong with the tv she hung up on me and when I called customer service asking for the district manager they made the manager call me and I asked if the district manager could call me and never got a call. This place should be shut down and I'll tell everyone not to go here

Also was advertising a 0.01 to start. They told me that doesn't qualify for me. This is false advertisement. If I could give 0 stars I would. They wasted my time and gas coming from bates city. Would not recommend this to anyone. Also way over priced just for a king mattress (only mattress) They wanted over $2500 witch is insane pricing not worth it. I'm glad they turned me away. This place is a joke. I was going to haul myself so they didn't have to expend extra ppl witch they obviously didn't have. The earliest delivery was 2 to 3 weeks out. Do urself a favor and go somewhere else. I promise u will regret going thru these clowns!!!!

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
