No knock on the door, no phone call, no letters before shutting it off just 9 DAYS after payment is due and no after hours service to reconnect after paying! I was at home and they snuck into the backyard to shut it off. The guy had to literally park right next to me to do this. Not 3 month behind, not a month behind, not even two weeks! This is ridiculous. Now we can’t do laundry, flush the toilets, wash dishes, have showers for us and the kids or water the animals over a forgotten $30 bill that we paid online. Who makes these asinine decisions?!

I've had this water company for over 20 years. They are the nicest, most accommodating people ever. I have nothing but praise for them!
