They stole over $1500 worth of my items being stored, and the insurance is a joke. Worse than losing the TV, small appliances, furniture that can be easily replaced, my collection of Disney snow globes was taken. I had been collecting them for years and cannot find the same ones I had. Be mindful of entrusting your things here!

The good: Clean facility with an anti-infestation policy strictly enforced.
The bad: elevator breaks down frequently & the front office is often devoid of staff to help.
The ugly: They will double the price of your unit after a few months with no notification & without reason other than "because it's in the fine print of the contact".
