What impressed us the most was the detailed video recap he left explaining everything he did around our property. I had a problem with Stick Bugs, hanging on the ceiling to the point that I actually covered my food so afraid of them dropping. I had tried a fine screen over the fireplace chimney but that didn’t work. Scott suspected they were entering the back of the vents on double fireplace screens and breeding into hundreds. He sprayed the vents, and not another Stink Bug. I treasure his knowledge and the job he does with my home. He is kind, caring and perfection personified.
