  First of April I picked up a basketball standard and light post from Bergfeld for a new concrete Pickleball Court. Middle of April I contracted Bergfeld to paint the Pickleball Court. Bergfeld priced two coats of acrylic surface paint but they were booked until June. On 5/13/26 I was told June 17,18,19 were my scheduled days and they informed me I had to "caulk the joints" myself. Calling the supplier on joint caulk, I was told that two coats of paint is not sufficient, there needs to be a primer and two coats of surfacing material applied before two coats of topcoat. When I brought this up to the Bergfeld salesman I was told they only use two coats of topcoat and the other materials were not needed and that they do this method all the time. I continued but was very wary of their process. I also asked if they stood behind their work and the salesman said no, a warranty would cost extra. On Friday, June 12, (5 days before the start date of 6/17) the salesman called and said they were NOT going to paint my Pickleball Court. I was left "hanging" with no backup plan or options from Bergfeld......Have you ever tried to get a court painted in peak season at a moments notice? I called Seal Master out of Bridgeton and they instructed me how to paint the court myself. DO NOT CONTRACT TO HAVE YOUR COURT PAINTED BY BERGFELD. They do not know what they are doing. Jerry Grimaud

  We love our new swing set from Bergfeld Recreation. Christy and the install team were wonderful to work with.

  The craftsmen were very professional and diligent in not only taking down old swingset, but also in ensuring the new swingset was put together properly and how we would like it. They even scrubbed down the slide when it arrived dirty. Our granddaughter loves it.

  We had such a great experience. The showroom and sales rep were very helpful for our decision. The installers were very nice and detail oriented - very experienced and assembled in 1 day. Our girls were so excited to see it when they got home from school. We are excited for all of the backyard fun and memories this playground will bring for our family.
