We purchased Whirlpool Stove and refrigerator. Bought the extended warranty. The bottom freezer keeps freezing up and won’t open. My husband called them and they said they’d send a technician. They were supposed to be here July 11th between 8-4. Never showed up. No phone call no nothing. Husband called again. It’s a run around every time. Farmington store CS are rude and no help so had to call another #. They said they have no techs in our area but still didn’t let us know until he called again. Since no technicians in our area they said they’d replace refrigerator. Still no tech or fridge. It’s been crickets. Called again today and they said they couldn’t find us in the system. He hangs up and calls back and lo and behold they found us. How ironic. They tell him we’re approved for a GC in the amount of refrigerator and will receive by email within 24-48 hours. After reading reviews on TrustPilot I’m very Leary. People saying they received GC but when they went to use it the balance was at $0. If that happens I’m reporting them to BBB and getting a lawyer. I’m sick of places taking advantage if customers and their hard earned money. Been going thru this for 2 months. DO NOT BUY FROM LOWES. Horrible CS.

We had a delivery from Farmington, Mo Lowes for a dishwasher. I missed the cut off time to rate our delivery personnel their names were Neisson and Gabriel, I think, the writing is kind of hard to read, anyway I gave them a 10. They were really polite and efficient. Nice guys. Thank you!

This review is for Becky in the paint department, who went out of her way to help us on an especially busy day at the store.
We had previously purchased a gallon of paint for some cabinets, but after getting home and trying it, we felt like something just wasn’t right with the product. We mixed it extremely well and gave it another try, but it still didn’t seem consistent with what we expected.
We brought it back to the store and spoke with Becky. She was more than happy to mix the original gallon along with a new gallon so she could compare the two and verify what we were experiencing. After testing them, she agreed that the original paint didn’t seem consistent with the finish it was supposed to provide.
Not only was Becky knowledgeable and incredibly kind, but she took the time to help us find an actual solution and a better product. Even better, she tested the new product with us before we left so we could feel confident about our purchase.
Becky was awesome! She is exactly the kind of associate you want representing a company...professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely focused on finding a solution for the customer.
Thank you Becky, for going above and beyond to help us. We’ll definitely be back to buy more paint at Lowe’s now that we know you’re there!

I like Lowes if I dont need help, but if you need help in paint, forget about it, the guy at the paint counter does not know a thing about paint, he then calls another guy, and that guy didn't know jack either, finally the third guy was a little more knowledgeable, but still, I walked out without the product that I wanted.

You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
