  Arona has me my expectations get every transaction I've had with I just started my third one and have been totally happy with the outcome of each. I have no qualms about recommending them to anyone

  I think your delivery guys are awesome. Your employee Tracey is bout the worse customer word twisting lieing employee I've seen in years. And I have learned I'm not only one with this issue. I have always used 1 company and wanted to try arona. After expecting payment for a set that I didn't fully have and then being told new agreement be wrote up and payment start on first August then when my other piece to set came in wanted a 140 payment I told take loveseat I'll not refer arona to anyone I know and will stick with the company I've always used. Every piece down to washer and dryer is paid off thru this company and I'll just go back to them. If going have a manager make sure she doesn't lie and twist her roads to customers. You would get better review if so.

  Id like everyone to know that i lost my job do to having a child i payed extra 10 bucks on top of my payments they promise it was worth every Penney if i signed up for it that if something happens they could pay to help pay off your stuff while you was out nope its all bull they stop your payments for a week or to and then make you pay what payments where not made and make you fall behind then its 10 bucks every time they show up to your house even when they dont i was home one day and they did not show up they just charged me for that service so i took off auto pay and told them not to run my card anymore that i would pay in store and still ran my card you guys need to do better own up to your side deals and help like you say you would never agin will i be doing serviced agin even if i could and they don’t care how they get there stuff they really did a number on my door frame because only one guy showed up
