- MSMichelle SylvainusAug 1, 20261.0We just spent $160 on Iowa Rainbow rock for our yard We recently had our yard landscaped and loved the Iowa Rainbow our landscaper used, so we went to buy more to do another area in our yard where grass wasn’t growing. We decided to go here since it’s close to home. When the guy came to load our truck, I told him that it didn’t look at all like Iowa Rainbow. He convinced me it was just dirty and when it got cleaned from rain, etc, it would be fine. Wrong! We’ve cleaned the rock. It’s rained. But looks nothing like Iowa Rainbow. It’s mostly brown and very ugly. We can’t even use it because it looks nothing like what we have. Complete waste of money and now we have to get rid of it. I will never get anything from this place again.
