Absolutely the worst! Im a pro and to have to stand around for 45 min to check out is ridiculous! I asked the christian the pro manager to help and he said no I gotta do something. That something was spot a forklift while another guy moved the concrete outside to make it look better. What the heck! I could go on and on with stuff like this. If it wasnt for Shawn at the pro desk I wouldnt shop there. Id take our companies almost million dollars a year that we spend there to the orange store right across the road. Ive already transitioned the majority of our business.

We spent over $700 on a lawnmower that broke after 2 1/2 mows and got ZERO help in resolving the issue. I spoke to a very rude manager this morning who kept telling me the 90 days had passed. We bought in on June 29th, I kept tell him it hasn't been 90 days and he changed it to 48 hours. I called the manufacturer who said Lowe's should take care of us and "absolutely not". It's bad enough you have to wait forever to get through to someone but then to be treated that way. I was trying to be nice and said "if you spent that kind of money, how would you want to be treated?" Did NOT matter to him. I told him he was rude and we will never shop at Lowe's again and his reply was "sorry to hear that" which he wasn't. There is competition: Home Improvement, Menards...not another one of my dimes at Lowe's, not even in the worst case scenario and I'll share my experience with everyone!

Christian the pro supervisor is absolutely worthless. When the check out lanes are backed way up he absolutely refuses to help our even when asked. Im im there daily and watch him daily refus to help. Irs to the point I cant stand seeing him. I ordered almost all the materials for a decent size construction company. This is the worst experience I have ever had a Lowe’s. I have spent $1,000’s of dollars there over the years and the level of incompetence that I saw today was insane. We asked three different associates for help and just got totally disrespected. The heavy set guy that apparently was a manager possibly, said I will absolutely get you someone. My mother that was two rows down said that he told the guy with him that it’s not their job, so just keep moving. The second guy was just a regular employee and we started to the plumbing section and he got asked by another associate for help and he disappeared. The third guy tried to help but was lost.
I was a retail manager for years and if you revive the tape…. I will never do business with Lowe’s again.
