Looking to buy an impact drill. No one around. Found guy in lumber. He calls for tools. Guy comes and makes a guy a key. Ask for impact, he says not working on tools. Ask pro desk. First guy was from pro desk. Told lady at check out, she said I'm here till 4, and oh well. Will buy impact on Amazon. Never enough help and these people did not want to help.

Do not let anyone from Lowe’s into your house!!!!
It’s a high pressure sales pitch that will use up half your day.
TLDR: he can’t tell you what’s in the water, but that it will give you cancer. He won’t tell you any prices or discount numbers only that if you buy it right away you will get the lowest price.
To be clear, I have no issue with these systems, it’s people who waste my time, don’t know a thing about what they’re talking about, and try to steal money from people.
Here is what happened.
I thought that a water test would tell me what was IN MY WATER!!! No, his water turns purple and my water turns yellow and that will give me cancer and he couldn’t tell why the water changed color. Like what was in there. I asked how I could know what was in my water, he said that would cost $80. IT TOOK an HOUR for me to get him out of my house and he said HE WAS ONLY HELF WAY THROUGH. They are selling a whole house water softener and a reverse osmosis system. But I already know more about these systems than he seemed to. I asked him several questions that he couldn’t answer. Like how many filters were in his system, what they were for, etc. I told him that I couldn’t buy a system if I didn’t know what was in the water that needed to be filtered out and that I had the correct filters for those thing and had done a price comparison. He said that if I didn’t buy while he was there he couldn’t give me the discount anymore. He couldn’t tell me any numbers. Not how much they cost usually, what % the discount was. Usual high pressure sales stuff. Informed buyers make smart choices and he makes less money.
