  I wanted to share a follow up from my experience. They quoted $700 for a 45 min job including a $615 for a manifold valve replacement. Said no thanks, got a bill for 2 hours of labor. Sent screenshots of proof the guy was at our house for 30 mins, so they reduced the charge (after being called out with obvious proof, super shady). Just had a different company come out, replaced the same part for $50 in 15 minutes. NOT EVEN CLOSE. This company is taking advantage of people, and doing some shady billing, and that’s a shame. Extremely disappointed and will not be supporting them any longer.

  Quoted us $700 for 45 mins of labor and a manifold valve. Said no thanks because that is absurd. Charged us to 2 hours. I have a text at 4:05 saying he has arrived and a call to pro outdoor to get clarification on the charge, at 4:18 and said i dont want anything done.

  Recently bought a new home that had an irrigation system which I did not know anything about. Preston came out and showed me how the system operated where all my heads were as well as how things were plumbed around my property. Could not have been happier with his expertise and willingness to take the time to explain everything and answer my all of my many questions. He did find a couple of issues that resolved quickly. Great service!

  Be careful with this company. Based on my experience, the work quality and customer service were disappointing. I had a leak that was clearly caused by improper work performed by the company. Instead of investigating the issue, the manager responded with incorrect information without even inspecting the damage. It gave me the impression that the priority was to avoid negative feedback rather than understand the problem and resolve it. A company’s work ethic, technical quality, and customer service are critical to its reputation. If the manager had come to inspect the issue personally, evaluated it fairly, and taken responsibility for the team’s work, I would have been satisfied with how the situation was handled. That kind of leadership leaves a positive impression, encourages customers to recommend the company to others, and demonstrates strong accountability from management down to the technicians. Customers who take the time to provide honest feedback are trying to help the company improve. Listening to those concerns can strengthen both the business and the team. Unfortunately, in my case, the manager chose not to inspect the issue or accept responsibility for the work performed. That was very disappointing and left me with little confidence in the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction.
