  Recently bought a new home that had an irrigation system which I did not know anything about. Preston came out and showed me how the system operated where all my heads were as well as how things were plumbed around my property. Could not have been happier with his expertise and willingness to take the time to explain everything and answer my all of my many questions. He did find a couple of issues that resolved quickly. Great service!

  Wade is professional and easy to work with. His knowledgeable troubleshooting fixed many unforseen problems I had with my irrigation when I opened it this year.

  Be careful with this company. Based on my experience, the work quality and customer service were disappointing. I had a leak that was clearly caused by improper work performed by the company. Instead of investigating the issue, the manager responded with incorrect information without even inspecting the damage. It gave me the impression that the priority was to avoid negative feedback rather than understand the problem and resolve it. A company’s work ethic, technical quality, and customer service are critical to its reputation. If the manager had come to inspect the issue personally, evaluated it fairly, and taken responsibility for the team’s work, I would have been satisfied with how the situation was handled. That kind of leadership leaves a positive impression, encourages customers to recommend the company to others, and demonstrates strong accountability from management down to the technicians. Customers who take the time to provide honest feedback are trying to help the company improve. Listening to those concerns can strengthen both the business and the team. Unfortunately, in my case, the manager chose not to inspect the issue or accept responsibility for the work performed. That was very disappointing and left me with little confidence in the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction.

  The crew was horrible. I am not even sure the over 1000 I spent was needed after 2 other estimates. Work done was very sloppy. After 3 visits I was still having problems the issue was not resolved. They told me each time they had tested every head. At that point I had other estimate s amd 4 heads were found that were not working properly. The new company repaired at a much more reasonable price and finally my system is running smoothly. Ever since the new ownership took over Pro has been terrible. Absolutely would suggest you find some other company
