  The crew was horrible. I am not even sure the over 1000 I spent was needed after 2 other estimates. Work done was very sloppy. After 3 visits I was still having problems the issue was not resolved. They told me each time they had tested every head. At that point I had other estimate s amd 4 heads were found that were not working properly. The new company repaired at a much more reasonable price and finally my system is running smoothly. Ever since the new ownership took over Pro has been terrible. Absolutely would suggest you find some other company

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently used Ashton at Pro Outdoor, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The quality of work exceeded our expectations, and our outdoor space looks fantastic.   They make it easy with incredibly helpful people and a suite of needed services. I’ve been using them since 2017! Highly recommend. I had Tanner this year and he is very helpful and understands customer service. Well done!

  Expensive for wha they offer! We are on a “plan”. And every time they come out. They try to sell something that’s not on the plan…. They once tried to tell me one of my sprinkler zones weren’t working and it would cost $800+ to get it up and running- I informed them that was not my property and they have no sprinkler system!!!! The reply “oh, that’s not what the notes say” And the latest- they come so late because they book out so far in advance that by the time you have your disconnect/ winterize service- they are always booked out past may…. Usually they send someone who does the backflow testing as well as the sprinkler kept check and maintenance. I was informed today that there has to be another appointment made to have the backflow person come test it! Mind you they do not give a rough estimate on what time it’s always a 7am-5pm window and they say they will call you as they are headed your way. I’ve never gotten a heads up but rather a “we are in your driveway” call. We have been with professional for over 8 years and today was the last straw. We will be cancelling our service and going with a company that isn’t so wishy-washy….

  Was able to schedule them out on a Wednesday which is why we went with them. Once scheduled they had to reschedule for Saturday which was frustrating. Also, we notated that we wanted to talk to someone about moving a sprinkler. They came on Saturday, did their test and left. Never communicated to us. Again, very frustrating.
