  Expensive for wha they offer! We are on a “plan”. And every time they come out. They try to sell something that’s not on the plan…. They once tried to tell me one of my sprinkler zones weren’t working and it would cost $800+ to get it up and running- I informed them that was not my property and they have no sprinkler system!!!! The reply “oh, that’s not what the notes say” And the latest- they come so late because they book out so far in advance that by the time you have your disconnect/ winterize service- they are always booked out past may…. Usually they send someone who does the backflow testing as well as the sprinkler kept check and maintenance. I was informed today that there has to be another appointment made to have the backflow person come test it! Mind you they do not give a rough estimate on what time it’s always a 7am-5pm window and they say they will call you as they are headed your way. I’ve never gotten a heads up but rather a “we are in your driveway” call. We have been with professional for over 8 years and today was the last straw. We will be cancelling our service and going with a company that isn’t so wishy-washy….

  Was able to schedule them out on a Wednesday which is why we went with them. Once scheduled they had to reschedule for Saturday which was frustrating. Also, we notated that we wanted to talk to someone about moving a sprinkler. They came on Saturday, did their test and left. Never communicated to us. Again, very frustrating.

  The service we received from Jacob Gribbson was excellent! He arrived immediately after we were notified he was on his way. He addressed all of our concerns and helped us update our app! Thanks for your great service!

  I needed a few heads adjusted. Mark arrived on time. He was top notch. Very knowledgeable and professional. He got everything taken care of in a very timely manner and made sure I was happy. This company has been a pleasure to work with as I had them install a complete irrigation system for my yard. They say what they are going to do and they do exactly what they said.
