  Always very helpful and good supply. However, purchased Salt there and it was very expensive. My fault, I didn’t check pricing first.

  Had a new spa cover and easy lift installed. The technician arrived on time, was very friendly, and the installation was perfect. Baker built my pool almost 20 years ago , installed my spa around that same time, and can attest to the quality of their work and pleasure doing business with them.

  This company is top notch. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! Donna, the Service Manager, has been incredibly helpful from day one. I recently moved into a home with a hot tub and knew very little about maintaining it. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explain everything clearly, and made the entire process feel easy. I honestly don’t think she could have been any more helpful. Patrick, the technician, was just as outstanding. He got everything up and running quickly and went above and beyond by sharing valuable tips and guidance on proper maintenance so I can keep the hot tub in great condition. It’s clear that both Donna and Patrick genuinely care about their customers and take pride in providing exceptional service. If you’re looking for a company with knowledgeable, friendly, and customer-focused employees, I highly recommend them!
