  This company is top notch. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! Donna, the Service Manager, has been incredibly helpful from day one. I recently moved into a home with a hot tub and knew very little about maintaining it. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explain everything clearly, and made the entire process feel easy. I honestly don’t think she could have been any more helpful. Patrick, the technician, was just as outstanding. He got everything up and running quickly and went above and beyond by sharing valuable tips and guidance on proper maintenance so I can keep the hot tub in great condition. It’s clear that both Donna and Patrick genuinely care about their customers and take pride in providing exceptional service. If you’re looking for a company with knowledgeable, friendly, and customer-focused employees, I highly recommend them!

  Was sold the dolphin m600 new in box by Anna, and pretty excited about it. After opening the box I noticed no instructions on how to put the caddy together. So I called back to Baker Pool & Spa, and Anna picked up the phone, so I asked if there are instructions for it, and was told to youtube or Google it. Not sorry or anything else. Watched a few videos until I found one that showed me the correct screws to use and where. No I am to the robot, and no instructions, so getting ready to search for videos. Fun

  Visited Baker Pool & Spa to verify water quality for my Hot Springs Spa and order replacement head rests. The service staff provided confirmation of chemical adjustments needed to soften the water and balance the PH. I purchased the needed chemicals and ordered parts needed. Thanks to the Baker Sales team for their support and patience in helping me provide better water maintenance of my Hot Springs Spa Bill M

  Can I give them 10 stars, please?!? Today I received an email from Baker Pools. THEY had noticed that I was due a $120 credit on a recent purchase. And they wrote to tell me that I would be receiving a credit that I didn’t even know was due to me!! Last year, I was trying to get our pool cover replaced and couldn’t get anyone else to even return my call. They were great from start to finish. I can’t say enough about their service!!
