  Yes, I had my refrigerator with the freezer on the bottom leaking water. The technician came out, melted the ice around the seal and said it was fixed. It was not still leak the Next morning when the repair man came out, he melted ice around the bottom seal of the freezer and said it was fixed that cost me $135, And to find out that they don’t have part most of the parts anymore, So I went to Lowe’s this morning and bought another refrigerator for $1300

  An Andys technician provided a thorough analysis of my 21 year old gas cooktop to determine if 2 non functioning burners could be repaired. Alas, there were no parts available on big burner snd repairing only the little burner was not a good investment of my money. Sadly I must buy a new cooktop.

  I had my ice maker in the refrigerator fixed twice by Andy's. The second time the cost was well over $1,500 l, covered under a warranty I bought at time of purchase, and I was told that "everything" was replaced. A few months later the ice maker was acting up again so I called and expected that it would be repaired for free under their 1 year warranty program. Not only is there is $140 diagnostic fee to have them come out (which is not refundable even if it was something covered under warranty,) I was told the fan on the ice maker was now broken and that it was not replaced before. When I mentioned that I was told "everything" was replaced I was told that he thought so also but unfortunately it was so it would total over $400 to have that done now. In total this is some $3,000 for all repairs for an ice maker that I was told would definitely be fixed. I am very disappointed and will not return to Andy's for my appliance repair.

  Didn't take long to get an appointment and the technician was very helpful and polite very knowledgeable about what he was doing will use this company again

  Scott M came to my home and diagnosed my issue with my Speed Queen washer. I can't say enough great things about my experience. From the time I made the appointment with Andy's and spoke to Ericka till Scott M left my residence was a blessing. The professionalism and absolute flawless expertise in his work was refreshing. Wow if only every employee you call for repairs or services could provide this level of workmanship we would all have less stress. 35 years of experience showed. Thank you Andy's for allowing me Peace of mind. If you want to have your appliances repaired please ask for Scott M. You won't be disappointed. He's worth his weight in gold.
