I was also happy to see that Nate was sent out to finish the job once the part was back in stock. Having the same person made it go smoothly! I’ve used Andy’s for a separate appliance repair and will definitely use them in the future!

- GHGreg H.Aug 22, 20262.0The first time we used them a few years ago they were great. However, the latest tech they sent out was not very good. We paid over $600 for a repair and two weeks later we have the same issue. They are sending out another tech again next week.
- JBJon BradyJul 29, 20261.0I called because I suspected a lint clog. Only after they came out and charged me was I informed that they do not clean lint from exhaust pipes. I would not have minded but I specifically told them that I thought that was the problem. They could have informed me before and I would not have hired them in the first place. Based on the technicians response, they are well aware that customers might be mistaken about this and are taking full advantage of unsuspecting people. For this reason I would say this company does not appear ethical so I would recommend calling someone else for your appliance needs.

The person on the phone explained steps I could take, and encouraged me to call back if I needed more help. They could have easily taken advantage and come and pretended to help. So impressed!
