  I would give zero stars if I could. Called and requested a technician to replace a motor on my dishwasher. I was told it was 3-4 business days to get the part and was quoted around $370 and they would call me to schedule. After 5 days of no one reaching out, I called them and asked for an update. I was told the part would be in a few days and once it arrived they would call to schedule. The day comes and goes, at 4PM that evening I get an email stating my arrival window and to confirm, so I do so. Even receive a "thank you for confirming" notice. I wait for my arrival window 9-11am. I take off work to be available, only to call them at 11:30am asking for an ETA to be told that my appointment was canceled. When I asked why they told me someone called me at 8am and was unable to leave a VM because I didn't have one. I have no missed calls and have VM set up as I use my phone for work. Was also told the price was now $700. When asked to speak to someone else to assist on this I was left on hold for almost 10mins and then they just hung up. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

  Would not recommend. Washer wasn’t working properly called them on a Friday they told me they would order parts and be back Wednesday. Paid 139 just for them to look and paid 100 extra so $240 total. Wednesday came around no parts was at my house. Called Friday to follow up they said parts was delivered to my house on that Saturday and had proof of delivery but I never received it. At that point I was pissed and asked for refund talked to manager and he said since the had proof of delivery I liable since it was delivered to my house (which I find it odd that you would send parts to the customers house) so they re ordered parts and came on Wednesday fixed it within 10mins and then said I owe additional $133 for a grand total of$373 for parts and labor lol a joke save your money and go with someone else!

  They did not fix the fridge after 6 visits. They did refund my money. I ordered a $20 part on amazon and my don replaced the fan motor and after 2 months my fridge is now working.

  Very nice repair man. Although he wasn’t able to repair my icemaker. He was honest and suggested I continue to use the fridge until it quits.
