A few Lowe's employees stopped and offered assistance, which was very welcomed.
The main corridor near checkouts, is very narrow with all the boxes of merchandise lining the the middle of the isles.
Navigation with the big blue carts, was cumbersome, and I kept hitting the displayed merchandise, trying to squeeze by.

So just an FYI to all, DO NOT buy appliances from Lowe’s anymore. They 3rd party the installation out of St Louis now. I was unaware and they came today to “install” a dryer for me and did not even install the dryer hose. I call St Louis and asked if they could come back and they said I’d have to set up another install date, I said you didn’t even install it right the first time, then I called the Cape Lowe’s, on hold for 21 minutes, someone finally answered and I asked to speak to a manager and was told they are all currently in a “meeting” and they’d call me back. Well guess what, no call back of any kind. So please go to Home Depot, there’s 2 really close, Menards and definitely use Kelso Supply in f you want a REAL installation that’s actually done correctly. It’s really sad, Lowe’s used to be so decent. So one to Menards for me!

When at Lowe's today, I asked several employees "what time does the outdoor garden area open"? You would think this is a simple question! One told me that the time varies. It just depends on when they want to send a cashier out there. Another working the service desk said "I don't know. Maybe 8 or 9? When asked if she could find out for me she said, sure, in a minute, I have to finish my report first. Oh, and I had to move so she could get a picture of the front door. Meanwhile, another service desk employee was sitting there doing nothing! Finally she got on the phone to call and ask someone. She then looked at me and said 8am. Yes, you can go back there and shop, but all the flat carts were outside and the doors locked! Not much help. I can't lift bags of soil into a regular cart. I decided to shop outside first, but when 8:15 came around and the gates were still locked, I gave up. 🥴 All I can say is, "Lowe's, teach your employees operating hours of all areas if your store"! Especially if they are working the "Service Desk"!
