I've had a great experience with this storage facility, thanks to the manager, Tim. From the moment I rented my unit, he has been professional, kind, and incredibly accommodating.
When I had concerns about possible mud dauber nests in my unit, Tim went above and beyond to help. Despite the torrential rain that day, he took the time to thoroughly inspect my unit to make sure the nests were not active so I could safely access my belongings. His willingness to help and attention to detail gave me tremendous peace of mind.
Tim's exceptional customer service truly exceeded my expectations, and this facility is very fortunate to have him as its manager. I'm incredibly grateful for his help.
