  Great employee asked if I needed help, pushed my cart out and loaded my 5 bags of rock that I can barely lift . He was a young guy and very polite.

  Management is not on the same page and does not follow through with what they say. I installed a toilet for a customer of mine in June with a toilet that I bought at Lowes. A month and a half after installation they called telling me there was a leak. I checked it out and saw there was a crack in the bottom of the tank. I didn't think Lowes would take a return on a toilet but I thought I would try. Before doing all the work to remove the toilet I stopped by Lowes with the receipt and the clerk and a manager that was there told me no. So I was going to just purchase a tank and replace the tank, but while the manager was looking up the tank I said, "Does it matter that I am a pro rewards member as far as returning the toilet?" He said, "Oh yes if you are a pro rewards member we can make the returning the toilet work". So going on the word of the manager I went and purchased a new toilet, then went to the home, removed the old toilet, installed the new and brought the broken toilet back to Lowes hoping the manager I delt with would still be there. As I came through the door he was leaving for the day so he turned around and told the clerk that he gave approval for me to return this toilet. He left and the clerk was blocked from doing the return and had to call a manager for an override. This manager comes up and tells me that you cannot return a toilet, which I completely understand. He told me that the other manager shouldn't have told me that I could return it. but I told him that a manager told me that I could return it and he had told me I couldn't return it then I would have not gone to all the work to replace the toilet and spend an extra $300 on a toilet. I purchased the new toilet with the understanding that I was going to be able to return the other toilet. Like I said I understand the policy of not being able to return a toilet, but the manager indicated that since I was a pro rewards member things were different and they could do it. I unfortunately did not have the time to read through the fine print of the return policy for pro rewards members and was taking the word of the manager. I was told no refund, and spent several hours of my time at Lowes and at the clients house removing a toilet and replacing it with a new one and am also out the $300 I spent on the new toilet. Seems to me that they would at least keep their word that the manager gave to me and refund my money and just let me dispose of the toilet so that it is not a biohazard for them.

  Absolutely horrific Customer Service. I was a buyer for a 5 x 8 trailer by them. They all have rust outside on the parking lot brand new. So I picked the one that looked the best shape. I offered something for him. He accepted. Then later couldn’t find the title so we went outside. There was one with top rail damage down to bare metal and he said I can takeoff $50. Absolutely unprofessional from a manager. Do not engage with Chris. The manager there whatsoever. Will be calling his manager tomorrow morning and possibly Lowe’s. There was another one out there with damage to be picked up by the company. Also, why are you selling trailers without titles sitting out on your parking lot?

  I am normally not one to write reviews, but I have had the worst shopping experience in my adult life at this place. I originally purchased a grill and had it delivered. It was missing parts and I had to go back up to Lowes and pick up the parts that were supposed to already be built and put them on myself. I was completely fine with this. After putting on the missing parts, I learned that my device has an auger jam even though it is supposed to be brand new. I spent a good 5 hours of my weekend trying to work on a 'new' grill and watched every Youtube available in attempts to fix it, only to realize I do not have the equipment necessary. After working for 3 hours on the grill on Saturday, I was fed up and decided to call customer support again, this time letting them know my new grill has a jam. I was immediately transferred to somebody who said they wouldn't be any help to me, and transferred back to the main customer service desk. Once I let the same person know I was transferred back, she transferred me to her manager to talk about my experience. I leveled with him and explained how frustrated I was with the situation while still being nice, I was never disrespectful because I have worked customer service before and know that people are trying their best. The manager told me that he would refund a part of the grill for damages, and that a team would be at my house to pick up the grill and replace it with a new one TODAY. This was yesterday and I still do not have my new grill, and on the email I was sent it said they will be delivering my new one in TWO WEEKS. I am frustrated, I don't want to call customer service anymore as I have already tried my best to reach out and get my issue resolved. I don't know when the replacement grill is coming, but I just feel incredibly disrespected because of how much time I have invested trying to find a solution and how I have been lied to and given false hope. I already have 2 slabs of ribs in my fridge that were prepped for when the grill heated up originally, and if it takes 2 weeks for a replacement they will have to be thrown away. I hate leaving a 1 star review but I have never had a shopping experience this bad, especially when I am reaching out multiple times and communicating what is happening.
