She was doing about 10 different things all at once and never skipped a beat. She was helping me (1st time purchasing a unit), renting a unit out to a teenager going to college, helping another getting there stuff out of storage and also running to another storage locker site for an auction (I think). Oh and answering the phones at the same time. She was friendly helpful and knowledgeable. I hope this buisness know what they’ve got!
