So far so good! Facility has decent hours ( from 6am - 10pm ,7 days a week) and is always nice and clean. I just purchased my storage unit earlier this month, but i can say that the woman that helped me on the phone was really nice! She cared about what my needs were going to be and she took into consideration rhe fact that my husband would be doing most of the moving alone because I am disabled, and found us a decent unit right across from the elevator to make it convenient.
They have competitive rates ( my 10x10 is running me $172.00/month ) as far as pricing goes and if course im sure it vary from location to location, but I feel like with insurance, offering climate control , inside units (at this location anyway), and 24/7 surveillance, it is well worth the extra money.

Beware before booking. If you move out after your original move it date, they do not prorate and issue a refund. I had a payment deducted on 6/24 and moved out of the unit on 7/1; less than a week later and was informed they do not issue refunds. I paid for 3 weeks for a unit that was not occupied. Additionally, initial rental prices seems reasonable, but my rates went up more than $100 per month within a year. Also, there is a code lock for the exterior door that was functional when we moved in. Later, the code was no longer needed to enter the door. Anyone could enter the building without a code. I would not recommend.

I stored my Corvette here for the past six months and highly recommend this facility for long-term vehicle storage. I never had any issues during my time here, and Misty, the General Manager, was excellent to work with. She went above and beyond for me and I can’t thank her enough!
