- JWJanet W1 day ago5.0We used their “will it fit” service because the couch will go downstairs and take an immediate right in a small space. The guys measured and remeasured several times, discussing with each other and us how to make it work. Looks like it will. They were not only careful and precise, but really nice and fun to deal with. Great service, great staff.
- CSCheryl Solosky6 days ago2.0Prof Final sofa and loveseat were dlvd defective. We received new items about 6?2 weeks later. I am still nbsppy with the loveseat. The are is not correct. I have not called to complain because I’m just to unhappy to start this all over again. The padding on the arm is dented in. I have hoped it would correct itself over time. It has not! A photo does not show the problem, it needs a person to come and inpect

In fact, it was over the course of one month - I'd order something, then order something else then order something else. Kristen was my salesperson. She was tremendous! She was on top of all my orders! The furniture arrived yesterday and it is beautiful! The delivery folks were super attentive and were very friendly. I am so very pleased! I will definitely visit Schneiderman's again.

Care, attention, explaining, and patience all the while listening to two sr citizens jabber. Not to mention the daunting three dimensional geometric challenge to get the furniture jockeyed thru limited available space to our basement. Without a mark on the furniture. What a pleasure, who knew a delivery could be so enjoyable. It was clear they enjoyed working together and doing what they do. Pros thru and thru. Thanks again to them from us. And the furniture is great too
