  I have had three different spas over the years purchased from a variety of different retailers. Paradise, Pools & Spas were by far the best company I have worked with. They sold me a saltwater tub with the Dosing system that monitors your chemicals and you adjust via the app. I have been extremely impressed with how the Dosing system works and how well the saltwater feels. They removed my old tub and brought in the new one and never disturbed any of my yard. First class delivery to say the least. The after service has been top-notch as well .. anytime I need assistance, all I do is text Ethan and he responds immediately.

  Paradise was really helpful in helping us select the right hot tub, get it installed and showing us how to maintain it. We love it! I was suspicious when we were told to fill it with lake water, but that worked great.

  We bought a used hot tub from a private party, there ended up being a couple small issues with it but the owner at Paradise Pools was extremely helpful and walked me through repairing them myself. We then brought a sample of our water to them and they gave us a recipe to get the water to where it should be.
