Went to store on May 27 to purchase dishwasher with install and recycling of old appliance. When they brought the dishwasher they said they don’t install so I had to call the store and they said the store never added the installation to the ticket. I had the dishwasher sitting in my dining room. I was told to call their delivery. They scheduled an install for the following week. The installers never showed up. Another call to get it installed and another week goes by before they install and take away the old one. On the phone they promised that customer service would reach out in 24-48 hours to refund the delivery charge and they never called. I called them and they called me three days later and offered store credit. I said I was never going back to a Lowe’s so why would I want store credit? I wanted a refund for my delivery and installation fee and they said they would call me back today. Guess who hasn’t called me back today? I will NEVER GO TO LOWE’S again. Worst store ever.

Terrible customer service. I received one of their cute little tool boxes as a gift, complete with receipt taped to it. I actually just wanted a different color. Came here to exchange it for a different color and buy other things. The person at customer service and another man scanned my drivers license etc. to give me a store credit. They needed a manager. She came over and rudely denied returning it stating it was not the correct receipt or product. It is literally their product. The box says Lowe’s on it. I wasn’t asking for cash or anything else I just wanted to get a different color. Instead I was treated like a criminal. Walked out without buying anything.
Edited bases on Lowe’s reply. I called and spoke to someone. The same day this occurred, I was told I would be contacted within 24 hours to resolve the issue. It’s been a week and no one contacted me and it is not resolved.

The door washer they used put delivered on an order that was not mine. Now I've been dealing with this issue for 2 weeks. I still have a charge for the items I never received. I still haven't received my items. I can't gwt a straight answer as to having it refunded or delivered.

Do not order anything for delivery! Worst customer experience i have ever had. My product was damaged in the process from the Oak park heights store. We were told another item would be delivered the following day, nothing was delivered. Delivery team said they would have it delivered that weekend and because of sensitive time constraints, she said she had permission to have it delivered at a certain time for me. It didnt come. I canceled the delivery and asked for my money back. My husband really wanted this particular item and since I cant find it anywhere else, I swallowed my pride and ordered it again. Delivery day comes, guess what? No grill! I called the store because the app says my item is delayed in Blaine. And surprise surprise nobody knows where my grill is at. Is it on a truck? Is it at the store? I dont know. I do know that the delivery driver lied and said he called yet I have no missed calls. The hassle is not worth it especially when paying $ 1500.00. I left a message with corporate at the beginning of May and I still haven't heard a response from them. Next is the BBB because this is the absolute worst. If you cant handle deliveries, then you shouldn't offer it as a service.
