I've been here several times looking for a variety of things for my house projects. Each time I come I find random piles of misplaced merchandise sitting in the middle of an isle. A couple visits ago I shrugged it off as maybe being a day they are sorting through things and get organized (like the day I was in the flooring department and there were over 15 pallets of tile in the middle of the walkway and I had to walk around a whole isle and back up around just get to the other side of the pallets because there was no room to squeeze through, and I didnt even have a cart with me...) and usually things look worse before they start to get better. But honestly, after today's visit, I have decided this store is just very poorly managed. It seemed as though EVERY department had a pile of merchandise either on the floor, in a cart or on a pallet that was definitely out of place and blocking an area or in the way of shelves with sellable product. The last straw for me was finding a dead mouse just sitting in the middle of an isle. It was very stinky. I went to customer service to politely inform them of the mouse and told the sweet girl working the counter that she should tell someone, that I know she doesn't manage the store, but this store is so disorganized and messy. Piles of crap everywhere. I feel bad she has to work there. :(
And also, I wondered around the store looking for a particular product and couldn't find it anywhere and checked the place it was last week and it's just gone. During the 20 minutes I was there, not one employee asked if they could help me. In fact, I only saw about 3 people as I walked around and they were all preoccupied with their own thing.
I just think they need a new manager/owner. The customers are not getting a great experience and I doubt the employees like working in such a disorganized place.
I almost took pictures of the isles but that would have been over 10 pictures and I felt weird about it. But here is a picture of the dead mouse. So gross.

I'll start by saying the actual in-store employees were helpful and this isn't an indictment of them.
But I placed an appliance order for delivery to my grandmother for a Wednesday. They then tried to deliver it on the preceding Monday, for reasons that are still unclear, since I scheduled this in-person, in store, and watched it schedule for Wednesday.
In order to cancel that delivery on the wrong date, I had to call Lowes corporate, then Maersk delivery, then a different Lowes store, which then could only reschedule for a completely different day - a Thursday. This required a total of 6 phone calls to accomplish between the different parties and general phone tag.
Through the process, every time I tried to return a call I'd be stuck for 5-10 minutes just trying to get past the Lowes AI screening agent which refuses to do anything but read order details to you until you've asked to speak to an associate 3-5 times.
I don't think it's unreasonable to expect for deliveries to take place on the day they're scheduled - in store - with an associate - and I don't think the expectation should be that when Lowe's goofs up, I now have to burn 2 hours of my day chasing down different parts of Lowe's supply chain to get it semi-fixed.
