I first got a storage space here when it was Acorn Storage. When Extra Space took over they put up all this massive, lighted signage outside and spent all this money on branding, then promptly raised rates. THEN, after I closed out my space they tried to charge me $700 for damage I did not cause. They send this to a subrogation agency. Of course they had zero proof that I caused the damage, so after writing a formal letter requesting proof they dropped the attempt. Would not recommend.
***I do want to note that the people who worked in the office were always very friendly and professional.

Getting set up with Extra Space was super easy. The two locations that are convenient to my home were fully booked, so I asked to be added to a waitlist for the 5x5 space I needed. Within half a day, I received a call that they had a space for me.
Tiffany gave me a thorough tour of the facility and tips for using the elevator during busy times and for parking to avoid getting towed. She was incredibly helpful and made getting moved in a smooth process. Best I can tell, the site seems secure enough to store some seasonal items.
Minus 2 stars because 1) the app that you're required to use to open garage doors and call the elevator is really finicky. It would show connected and then just idle or not connect at all. 2) The unit I moved into had been, by Tiffany's account, used to store trash. Clearly an attempt was made by Extra Space to clean it up, but I will be putting down PVC tiles to avoid any contact with the floor - I normally don't mind putting waterproof bins on the floor, but not here.
TLDR; getting registered, signing the lease, and working with the on-site staff was fantastic, five stars! But the app and facility condition leave something to be desired.
