Jack was spectacular! Professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I would recommend him to anyone. His detailed inspection of my Jøtul F 370 and chimney give me confidence that I can burn all night and every day.

Will update after the job is done, but great experience so far. Was able to get a diagnostic/estimate easily and quickly and our technician Jack was excellent. Thoughtful, courteous, professional and thorough. Looking forward to working with the team. Update: very satisfied with the work. The turnaround from estimate to work was within a week! Victor and his team were friendly and very competent, and the communication was excellent. We replaced our brick chimney with a simpler squirrel and waterproof system (pic) and it looks great. Highly recommended!

Jorge and his crew did a great job of removing my chimney and replacing it with a vent pipe style chimney. This solved a design problem with the house by removing the chimney that was in the valley and replacing it with a pipe that is out of the valley. They prepped the area for the incoming roofers and left instructions on how to install the roof around the pipe. They made a problem of mine go away. Thanks for the concinnous work.

Jack used a camera to inspect my chimney. He went on the roof. He consulted with his boss on my unusual flue and explained all options perfectly. He came back the next day to make the sure the vent ducts fit up the chimney. Josh and crew did an exceptional installation. Josh explained how to operate the fireplace and even came back before the inspection to make sure everything was perfect. They both deserve the highest possible ratings. Chimney Doctors has very fast service and installation. Professional and friendly work.

Hal came out to assess my chimney and water issues in the basement related to the ash pit. He took multiple photos and measurements and prepared a quote for me proposing 2 options - a short term solution and the long term work that's needed. He definitely took time to explain the issues and what would need to be done for repair work, how they would go about it and how long it would take. I appreciated the excellent communication about when to expect him and regarding the work itself.
