  Ben was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was kind, respectful of our home and considerate of our little ones napping. He was very educated and gave us his recommendations for our wood burning chimney with no pressure at all. As a property manager I am well versed in this work and Ben was not only knowledgeable but only suggested and quoted what actually needed work as well as gave tips on what to watch out for.

  I had a leak from my chimney after a recent storm. Ben from Chimney doctors came out two days later and quickly figured out my chimney cap was missing and replaced it. Very fair pricing. He also went above and beyond helping diagnose a separate roof leak, going back up on the roof to look for it even though he was finished with the chimney work. Because of him I was able to point the roofers to the problem and get it fixed promptly. He absolutely did not have to do that, so his help is very appreciated. Will definitely use this company when I need further work and will recommend to anyone else!

  Ben from Chimney Doctors came out to this week to completely clean and inspect pair of stacked fireplaces. Ben was very thorough and professional and walked me through all of the steps that he took to clean and then to inspect the chimney from both fire boxes.. He identified several hazards and provided a plan to resolve all of the issues. One fireplace had been heavily used and was a real mess. I could not be more pleased with the service that Ben provided and based on my experience I would highly recommend Chimney Doctors to anyone who is looking for quality Fireplace and Chimney service.

  We semi-recently moved into our new home and knew the chimney needed some work. We weren’t sure if we wanted to keep it wood burning or transition to gas. Hal came out to check the extent of what needed done as well as some quotes on how to get the fireplace we wanted. Hal did a great job in explaining everything and laying out different options without feeling like you had to make a decision then and there. Hal offered to wrap up the chimney in the mean time to prevent any further damage as we were coming into some weather. Overall a great experience

  We had an urgent need to get a leaking chimney fixed. I contacted 2 local chimney repair companies due to the urgent need for repair. Both showed up simultaneously, which was not ideal. Jack was beyond thorough, friendly, patient and knowledgeable. We chose to go with chimney Doctors because of Jack. He asked me pertinent questions, he checked my chimney from roof top to furnace, even crawled in a tiny hit attic space to inspect the chimney! Jack provided photos of everything he saw and was able to show me exactly why the chimney was leaking. He didnt leave until He had 2 options and buds for repair. The work is scheduled for Monday, if Chimney Doctors have installers with half the work ethic as Jack, the job will be a success. Post Install update: the install team held up the standard Jack set. Josh and team were great. Late Friday night prior to the Monday chimney repair, we noticed another water leak in our roof. I texted Jack to ask if fixing was something they could tackle. Our bath vent was leaking due to incompetence by a previous roofing contractor. Jack texted back let me know they could tackle it and shared the reasonable price. By 5pm Monday, both the chimney and bath vent were repaired. As aside, I had another contractor working right beneath josh and his team, he was remodeling my bathroom. He was present throughout Jacks visit and worked with Josh and team as he repaired my chimney. He has been remodeling houses for 35 years, he cane to me to tell me he hadn't worked with a group as impressive as the chimney doctor guys in his 35 years. They were knowledgeable and happy to work together to resolve our issues.
