- DSDr. Jen SmithMay 9, 20261.0Worst experience. Lady who answered the phone was short tempered and rude. Like "Look Lady..." when answering a question about why the attendant was at lunch again when he had just returned. Then new guy said restrooms weren't public after previous attendants let us use them. We had traveled hours. Was not plowed and my 4x4 got stuck in low. Had to shovel in front of my storage unit I was trying to rent. Attendant was nice enough to hand a shovel to me, an old lady, but said he's not helping to shovel because "it will melt tomorrow." Congested due to snow build up and vehicles and busses and boats parked along the sides. Nightmarish.
