- LRLaurie RantaMar 10, 20264.0I love that it's secure, inside storage. The lights come on as you go down the hall, which says the care about the tenants. Neighbors in other units I have met seem to be nice. I just wish the unit was a bit taller instead of having the wire mesh on top. I was very confused about the pricing. One price online and but then a different price with fee when you sign contract. I was charged a price, but then I got a call saying I didn't pay enough. Went back to the office and did get it figured out in the end.
- CAchrista andersFeb 27, 20251.0HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY OR ANY OF THE MAYFLOWER PROPERTIES. I booked a storage locker over the phone and was surprised and annoyed that the price on line was about half of the actual costs once they added on all kinds of bogus fees. Once we actually saw the unit, it was not suitable for storing items. I was told it was climate controlled but it was just barely above freezing and there were clear water stains on the floor where water had seeped in underneath the metal garage door. When I asked to get out of the storage unit, I was told I was free to not put my things in it but I would have to pay the full $168 for two months of use. I wrote to Mayflower and NO ONE ever got back to me. TOTAL SCAM. Avoid like the plague.

The unit is secured by a passcode into the building, and then your own personal lock on your unit. The doors open smoothly and the building is kept to an even climate (around 60).
