Patrick was punctual, extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain what he was seeing and all of the options available to me. There was absolutely no pressure. I asked him to give me the full picture, and he did. He walked me through everything from the items of greatest importance down to the things that were less urgent. From there, he allowed me to customize the work based on what I was comfortable doing, adding or removing items as I chose. Very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I would absolutely recommend Bratt Tree Service! Estimate only- service pending.

It was amazing to watch Shay, Taylor, and Eric safely handle my huge basswood broken have way up and hanging. They even helped me save a snag and logs for landscaping. The Bratt Tree Service crew arrived on time and explained what they planned to cut, what they would leave, and why. They worked carefully and deliberately, and when they were finished, they walked me through what they had done while going over the bill. I asked if they could remove a couple of additional branches, and they took care of those as well. I was very pleased with the work and highly recommend Bratt Tree Service.
