  Barry was really helpful, knowledgeable, and did not push us in one direction or the other. Instead he invited us to try the variety of mattresses on the sales floor and make up our own minds.

  I went in to Hom Furniture looking for a particular clock...Barry looked it up...he had someone bring it out in a timely manner.... it was just what I wanted so I bought it... Barry was very helpful kind and great to work with...thanks Barry

  Two stars because my initial experience in store went well but it was downhill after that. I ordered a couch that I was told would take 8 weeks and it took 12 which I understand happens. However, the communication was terrible. When I called the store and salesperson was out on vacation they told me I'd have to wait until he was back to get an update. When I asked if I could speak to someone else I was told that the store manager said I should just call back when the salesperson was back in or I should check online because that's where they would get there information. Finally on my third call was told it had shipped from Manufacturer but they couldn't tell me where it was in transit but could take a month (they ultimately got it in two weeks. The sectional arrived and came with 4 pillows. They were supposed to be two in one fabric and two in another. They came 3 and one. When I called they said they would order the correct pillow (it will take 8 weeks). I live over an hour from the store and they asked that I return the wrong pillow that was shipped and pick up the replacement if I wanted it. (I actually thought they would tell me since I would be using the wrong pillow for two months that they would just send me the correct one ). This does not seem like reasonable customer service (so frustrating that this is one of the first public reviews I have ever written). The whole experience was so frustrating I couldn't believe it. I'd encourage people to shop elsewhere

  The store was not only full of beautiful furniture, but also had so many fun and unique decorations and miscellaneous items. I loved it! Everything was so fun to look at. A special shout-out to Dorothy! She was very kind, helpful, and made sure we found exactly what we needed. Thank you, Dorothy, for your wonderful customer service
