  My wife and I went to Hennen’s hoping to find the hard wood floor that we had purchased there 20 years ago. Jason was very helpful and knowledgeable as to the brand and style of flooring that would match. That’s the type of service that you don’t find at the big box stores.

  Wonderful staff, helped me find exactly what I needed. And they gave me a nice discount on my purchase that was a total surprise! I will definitely go back for my next home furnishing project.

  Why do companies want to push impersonal service? I call for help. It is not my job to fill out a service ticket online to get someone to call me back. Once your service person has my information, it is their job to do that, not mine.
