- IMIlse MelinaSep 23, 20261.0They need to be investigated. They will cut your light if it even one day overdue . My bank account changed and I got it cut the very next day after it was due . Their utility website makes it impossible to make payments online and it’s hard to get to their location during business hours for those who work

We have very few power outages and they are fixed within an hour when they are down. My only complaint is that we have to pay a fairly large monthly fee for having solar panels. It feels like SPU is trying to get paid whether they provide me electricity or not.
