  I have nothing but praise for George and his small but mighty crew. *PLEASE NOTE* -- We did not hire George for traditional landscaping services (i.e. the dead grass is on us, not him). On to the review: To begin with, George provided a competitive estimate in writing after visiting our space and talking through our hopes and dreams for our backyard hot tub (and privacy fence) project. He was not overly sales-y or trying to talk us into things, but he always offered his thoughts when we asked, answering every question with the expertise of a veteran of the industry. Once we had settled on a general plan, he wrote up an estimate that felt fair for the project, which was not full of extra junk that we had not discussed. He showed us different ideas of fence types and ultimately helped us land on what we wanted, which included a cedar privacy fence, a floating deck for our hot tub (which was the PERFECT size and fit snugly in between our new fence and existing tree, right where we wanted it). His team managed the removal of our old chain link fence, as well as adding some fill dirt to help level out what is a rather tree-root-filled backyard, but doing so without completely throwing off the grade down to the back alley and driveway. Throughout the process, George communicated with me via email or phone and we kept in touch. From initial estimate to project start was about 5-6 weeks, and he stayed true to his word on the approximate timing of getting our old fence out, our new floating deck for our hot tub in and ready in time for our hot tub delivery, and then completion of the privacy fence and double wide gate after the tub was in. While we did not hire George to perform any additional landscaping beyond the essentials, I have every reason to believe we may request his expertise and services again in the future to help us continue building out additional elements to make our little backyard a dream location to spend time in. I would not hesitate to recommend George to anyone. He's a down to earth guy with a strong work ethic and the integrity of a small business owner you can trust.

  Huge shout out to George Latimer and Mr Scott of Latimer Landscaping. They use Gertens for quality plants and materials. They are timely, very friendly, tolerant of Calla the new job dog and a 5 yr old asking a million questions. We've used them before and will again! They did the original patio years ago. Then they were able to blend new pavers in the area after we had a tree removed. Added a fence that is not only functional but beautiful as well. And lastly did a complete refresh with the front garden. We will have them come back next year to tackle the side garden.

  We're used Latimer Landscaping for about 15 years. George, the principal, has done everything from hardscape (patios, retaining walls, and fencing) to a full rip-and-replace landscape to mulching, planting, and seeding. Always a pleasure to work with, timely, communicative, and his pricing is great. We love George's attention to detail and his clean-up, daily, always leaves the area spotless. 10 out of 10 rating, highly recommend, and we use his services a few times a year.

  George is very thorough with detail and precision. He listens to concerns and meets expectations. He and team took extra care with our new driveway and hardscape materials. He recommends alternatives that may provide more optimum solutions. Our landscaping looks so nice, thanks to George and team!
