I needed a storage unit at the last minute while I was out of the country, and Steven made the entire process incredibly easy. Within about five minutes, everything was handled. The contract was signed, payment completed, and access code provided. Our driver was able to swing by and drop everything off without any issues. Excellent customer service, fast communication, and very professional. I really appreciated how smooth Steven made the entire process. Highly recommend.

And, unlike many facilities that claim climate control, this facility pronounces it as a priority on its website, and true to their word, it is kept in a temperature range that puts other facilities to shame. All this is wonderful, to be sure, but the storage facility business is a highly competitive world. What makes Extra Storage Roseville stand out is how it is managed — Marnie, the on site manager, extends a warm welcome, and works with you to find the best space and arrangement. You can tell right away she runs a tight ship. But what really stands out, and is the real difference maker, is you can count on her for honest communication and representations kept.
