    Went and got a quote for cabinets and countertops. Called 5 days later had received no qoute. Multiple conversations and 1 with a manager. All saying were sending it in a few minutes or it has been sent. Gave multiple emails to send it to. Never got it. Wife and wasted 2 hours picking everything. We will go to Menards. Im sure they will take my 15k

    Very frustrating experience from start to finish. I’ll highlight some of the most significant issues, although there were more. The issue began with a dryer delivery. The driver initially refused to install a new dryer vent even though ours was damaged, tried to leave the dryer with the door against a wall, and blamed our equipment for the poor installation. After he left, we checked the new vent and found it had been damaged, with large holes torn into it. When we contacted the store, we were told it would take about two weeks to fix. We were also told this driver had many delivery complaints just that day. Since we couldn’t wait, we had to go to another store and fix the issue ourselves, then return the items. We were told everything was handled, including canceling the second delivery and processing a refund. Unfortunately, the problems didn’t end there. The refund was not processed correctly, and the delivery had not actually been canceled. The same driver showed up again and asked to come inside. When we declined and reminded him the delivery was canceled, he still asked to take a photo - appearing to seek credit for a delivery that had not been completed. This was very concerning given the prior experience. The manager at the store expressed concern about the situation; however, corporate did not appear to take it seriously. Based on how this was handled, it did not reflect a strong standard for delivery quality or accountability. Overall, this felt like a breakdown in communication between delivery, store, and corporate. What should have been straightforward took a significant amount of time and effort to resolve.

    Dealing with Lowes was great. Even though we explained what we needed moved and removed at time of purchase and on delivery chat, the crew that delivered would not move the one small refrigerator to the garage. They refused even after I talked to their boss on phone to touch more than 2 units. They time it took to discuss and call their boss, the small fridge could have been taken out.

    Lowe's is my go to hardware, household, yard project store. Disappointed in the lack of veteran parking though. Used to be 4 spots, then down to 2 spots. Today it looked like no spots as the sign was over the yellow stripe spots by handicap parking.

    On Sunday 4/12 I was in your store shopping for lawn care products. An associate named Chris offered great advise and assistance when choosing products for our lawn and garden needs. He also took the time we needed to make our choices. He sets a good example for what customer service should always be. Ted & Connie A
