Lowe’s delivered my order to the wrong house. I reported the issue immediately but I still have not received my item and have not received any updates. Very frustrating experience and poor customer service.
6/13/26- Update: My order was delivered to the wrong address, and more than two weeks later I still have not received it. Despite reporting the issue, I have received no meaningful follow-up, no text messages, no emails, and no updates on the status of my order. The lack of communication and customer support has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Spent an hour in store trying to get a lawnmower. It was online at $399 from the Rochester, MN store but I went in and it was $419. The associate said cooperate has told them to NOT match their own website pricing. They honored it anyways but because they did it as a price match I wasn't able to use my credit card discount. But I put the coupon code in on the website and it was $359.10 before tax but ($399-10% for my coupon) but in store I was charged $419-10% for my coupon resulting in $377.10. Spoke with an agent online who kept insisting i got a better deal because it was $377 after my discount but if I ordered it online to pickup in store it would have been $359 before tax. Basically a bait and switch, advertise a price online but won't honor it in store. The store would do the $399 as online showed BUT then wouldn't honor the 10% off I had (which i would have got online or in store). 4 associates, the manager on the 2 way radio and they all said it couldn't be done even though I could do it online. Spoke with an agent online for almost an hour and still got NO WHERE. All this over $18.
