  Love love love this store! So many seasonal offerings! So many little crafts for kids and ideas to get creative. Also affordable prices!

  My fiance needed some information on making candies and the staff was very helpful. They were able to point us in the right direction and make sure we had the correct information.

  Love Hobby Lobby and the staff here, and I love the music they play while shopping. My only reason for not feeling like I can give a full 5 out of 5 is that your bathrooms are not up to par. They are outdated, and there is rust in a lot of places, water stains on the ceiling, and the mirrors are old and cracked. The floor is coming up in some spots, and I saw pads and tampons on the floor due to the overflow of the garbage bins in the stall. The toilets were dirty, and there was no changing table for mothers with kiddos. You do so well with customer service and the rest of the store, so seeing a gross and unsanitary bathroom was a disappointment. But if funding for a bathroom upgrade is the issue, why not get the community involved to help make donations to fund a bathroom upgrade? Just an idea, of course, and even with the upgrade, please clean it.

  Very friendly at check outs and clerks on the floor. I had a problem with a console table I purchased and they were very accommodating in ordering a new one. I took back the one I had a problem with and picked up the new one! Its fun to shop at the Rochester MN Hobby Lobby.
