Pricing is a bit steep as it changed BUT the customer service, location, security and overall quality is worth it. She loves it! The only thing I’d personally recommend is a better app / system to pay as it crashes frequently and doesn’t allow us to login in sometimes. If you’re on autopay, no issue but my grandma is old school and loves paying on due date manually, haha!

Robert was completing a site audit and noticed that my unit was not properly secured. It appears that the last time I was in, I didn't fully latch the door before placing the lock on. He called and left a voice mail message to let me know about the door and offered to be of assistance. Robert was on site still when I went to check it out and even offered to grab a ladder and help me further if needed. I am so grateful that this site takes security of the units seriously and reached out when they noticed an issue with mine. Robert was very professional and helpful. I highly recommend this location for providing a clean and secure space with great customer service!
