  Holy cow (see what I did there?) If I could give this place 10 stars, I WOULD! The owner is not just knowledgeable about the what seems like endless choices of sauces and dry rubs, she makes SOLID recommendations, and lets you sample them so you know if you will like it. Prices are great, and I can tell you she hit grand slams on all of her recommendations. I didn't need 6 sauces and 6 rubs...who am I kidding yes I did, but that's not the point. There is so much variety and soooo many good sauces and rubs, and they are good on so many things. I used all but 3 that I bought this weekend. Trust her instincts, try the sweet heat flavors, and you are all welcome in advance! Oh, the grills and accessories are awesome too, but for me it was all about the flavor combinations yesterday! 15/10 recommend! I said what I said.

  Great customer service. A reason you buy local. We had some issues with a grill. Christy sent a service person out to repair. Problems resurfaced soon after. Rather than having me contact customer service, she did. I now have a replacement that is working perfectly! Also.... The ability to sample rubs & sauces in store before you buy is a great service. You do not get any of this from big box stores or online purchases!

  5-star experience! Christy the shop owner was amazing, we shared stories and talked shop. She gave me a bunch of recommendations and the sample collection is fantastic. Would definitely recommend my friends or anyone to check out Christy's place!

  Christy is a joy to work with. Always willing to share new options and ideas. Even though we now live in North Carolina - we make a point of stopping in every time we are in Rochester!
