  The delivery was outstanding. The guys dealt with a difficult situation in moving the replaced items down the stairs, and, in fact, had to take to old bed apart to accomplish that. And we appreciated that both the bed delivery and chair replacement delivery could happen at the same time. We are still disappointed that the wrong chair was delivered in the first place, hence 4 stars.

  We purchased a new bedroom set from Schneiderman’s. The had so many options that we were able to find exactly what we wanted. Mikayla was great to work with and explained everything so well.

  Recently bought a couch from Schneidermans Furniture. From the start (working with Sales person) to the end (delivery and set up) it was top notch service. I rec'd numerous emails updating me on delivery and the delivery guys were the best. They made sure they didn't bang into walls, very polite and made sure all was cleaned up after and the best they moved old couch to my garage. I will definitely being going back to shop there again. Such polite people all the way around. Don't see that much anymore. Only disappointment was I wished sales person had called after all was delivered to make sure all was right.   They charge you for white glove delivery and send high school kids to install your furniture. They did not know how many parts come with the order. Forgot to install a part. Furniture came in with a crack. Do not get the white glove delivery. Really bad experience.

  Great experience starting with sales rep Zach in the Plymouth showroom all the way through to our home delivery. Love the communication from the delivery team. Thank you!
