  I had an excellent experience with Schneiderman’s Furniture, including product selection, the salesperson’s knowledge and professional assistance, and the delivery, which was well communicated, on time, friendly and efficient.

  Great shopping & ordering experience. However scheduling delivery frustrating. We knew it would take ~5 months for chair. When notified chair was available scheduling booked up for 3 weeks+ so waited even longer for item.

  We visited 3 different furniture stores on Sunday and had 3 different experiences. We purchased at Schneiderman because of the professional help we received from Donna P. She listened to what we were looking for, advised us on the reasons we would not want a particular piece and explained why what we ultimately chose was right for us. My wife felt like she was "heard". Because we felt Donna was genuine in her approach, not only did we buy the 2 chairs we went in for, we bought 2 end tables and 4 chairs for our sunroom. Great experience!

  We bought a bedroom set on 5/29. We were suppose to receive delivery today June 26th. I called to find out the timeframe in which they were to deliver our furniture. I got a call back from the distribution center saying the furniture was not there and no delivery was set up. She said she would have the Sales manager call me. That was at 10:00am it’s now 3:00 and still waiting for a call. I never got any kind of communication about it being delayed. We would have spent the whole day waiting. I called our sales person and he was actually no help. We have no idea at this point when it will be in and delivered. I have bought from them in the past and had been happy. This lack of communication is unacceptable. Of course I paid for the furniture a month ago. Maybe you shouldn’t charge people until it’s delivered. My recommendation to you is communicate, communicate, communicate We understand that stuff happens but don’t treat us like our time doesn’t matter. I’ll think twice before I shop there again.

  Salesman Bobby was very helpful in showing us recliners that fit our needs. Hopefully, we can place a product rating following delivery that is just as great. Update: The delivery was fantastic; we loved the automated text updates. We knew exactly when they were arriving. Most importantly, the recliner arrived in perfect condition; it was set up and immediately put to use. We will be back for future purchases.
