  Was looking for new sofa and chairs for our 3-season porch. Ian, our salesman: took the time to ask the right questions that allowed him to narrow down our options. The whole process was quick, painless and efficient, and we walked out with a new sofa, 2-chairs and an ottoman!

  The entire experience at the Plymouth store was amazing. Shane and Reagan were a delight to work with, and the white glove delivery was worth every penny. The truck arrived early, the guys were so careful with every piece and they went the extra mile and moved several pieces of our own furniture to other rooms for me. I will look forward to shopping at this store soon.

  2 reasons not to buy from Schniedmans furniture. 1. No military discount 2. Didn’t tell me when I bought my furniture there is a 3% fee attached to putting your purchase on a card. What made me really angry was that I was not told until I had purchased the product. They should tell you up front. Don’t furniture companies make enough to afford their own fees? I hope you consider my comments before your next purchase with schneidermans furniture.

  Very disappointed with my experience at Shneiderman’s. I purchased a roughly $500 rocking recliner in early July for our newborn, and it was originally expected to arrive by August 29. I was later informed that the shipment was being delayed another FIVE weeks, pushing delivery into October. I understand that shipping delays happen, but when I asked if they could offer some compensation for the significant delay, I was offered only $21. I asked if they could provide a more reasonable discount or even free delivery, but was told they couldn’t because more than 30 days had passed since the purchase. The frustrating part is that I’m only asking for compensation because I found out about the delay AFTER that 30-day period. Barb, the employee helping me, has been very kind throughout the process, and I have no complaints about her. My frustration is with the company’s handling of the situation and management’s unwillingness to make a reasonable accommodation. After this experience, I’ve unfortunately lost a lot of respect and confidence in Shneiderman’s.
